Didn't say there was, yet such - IS - a right and proper english version of The Messiah's ELOHIM('God' IS of pagan greek mythology!) given Hebrew birth name! For both Yahshua(Joshua in today's english language!) of the old covenant and The Messiah were given the same Hebrew birth name!

Now as for your pagan latin "iesus" and pagan greek "Ιησούς".

In the greek septuagint(The greek translation of the Hebrew old testament!) "Ιησούς" was used as the name for Joshua of the old covenant, and the pagan greek "Ιησούς" was also used as the name for The Messiah in The NEW Covenant greek manuscripts!

YES! The Messiah's ELOHIM given Hebrew birth name was the same as Joshua of the old covenant!
