Who - IS - "Hebrew"?

A root meaning of the word "Hebrew(From the root 'Heber'!)" IS "One from beyond"!

And who was the first soul declared to be a Hebrew?

Was it not Abraham? (Genesis 14:13; 17:5)

And was not Abraham "the first(Father!) of The Faithful! (Romans 4:16, Galatians 3:7)
